Native American HIX workgroup meeting time and date changed

Native American HIX Work Group,

Attached is the updated schedule. Please note, the next meeting has beenmoved from November 28 to Friday, November 30, from 1:00 – 4:00 MST. The meeting will be at theAlbuquerque Area Indian Health Service, 5300 Homestead Road, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

The November 30^th meeting will focus on your findings and recommendations on the following topics:

· The Native American Service Center (NASC) - Articulating primary tasks of a NASC including outreach and education.
· Native American Eligibility and Verification -Definition and tribal enrollment verification of AI/AN for purposes of qualifying for ACA exemptions and special provisions.

Please email your comments and recommendations by November 26^th and we will distribute them to the group prior to our meeting.

Priscilla will be sending out numerous documents that may behelpful to your research on these topics, and other topics we will be addressing over the next couple of months. Some files may be large so expect several emails over the coming week.
