Tribal Consutlation details and agenda

Dear Tribal Official – the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services looks forward to our tribal consultation meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 27, 2012 in Albuquerque. The meeting will be held at the USDA Forest Service Building, 4000 Masthead NE, Rooms 119 A-D, from 9 am to 5 pm. Attached is a draft agenda of the meeting. If there are other items you would like to discuss, please forward them to me and we can make adjustments to the agenda.
