Mescalero Apache letter supporting HB 376

A letter written by President Frederick Chino, Sr. to his tribe’s state delegation to ask them to support passage of HB 376 when it comes up for a vote. It would be very helpful if this request was made of each tribe’s delegation. Passage of HB 376 will strengthen the hand of tribes and off-reservation people in their effort to thwart the state’s plan of mandatory Medicaid enrollment.
